Riden was designed as a comprehensive ride-hailing ecosystem focused on simplifying mobility experiences for both passengers and drivers across mobile and web platforms. The project explored how thoughtful interface design, streamlined booking flows, and scalable product systems could create a faster, more intuitive transportation experience in an increasingly on-demand digital environment. The challenge extended beyond designing isolated screens — it required building a cohesive multi-role product experience that balanced usability, operational clarity, live tracking, payments, trip management, and driver workflows within a unified design language. Through user-focused design decisions, component-driven systems, and scalable interface patterns, Riden evolved into a structured and flexible platform capable of supporting complex transportation interactions while maintaining visual consistency and ease of use.
